TheFacilities and Site Operations Manageris responsiblefortheend-to-endfacility operations for the Deer Park, Illinois site, including two office floors, training rooms, and demo laboratory, with functional and budgetaryresponsibility.You willserve as theonsiteleader for workplace operations, including mailroom and shipping, facilities and vendor management, Environmental Health & Safety (EHS), demo lab supportactivities, business continuityplanning whiledelivering operational efficiency, cost control, and a positiveassociateand customerexperience thatenables and contributes to ouronsitework culture. This positionreports to theVP, Global Sales Enablement & Operationsandislocatedat ourCommercial Hub,locatedin Deer Park,Illinois,this is afull-timeon-siterole. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Own theend-to-enddelivery of site facilities operations in partnership with property management, ensuring uninterrupted site readiness through maintenance,contingency planning, vendor and contractor oversight, renovations, space planning, moves, and newhire setups, while fully owning facilities contracts, costs, risk, and continuous improvement in collaboration with Finance and Legal.
Lead site Environmental HealthandSafety (EHS) activitiesincluding incident management, emergency preparedness, drills, audits, compliance monitoring, and KPI trackingwhile partnering with EHS leadership to conduct annual Business Continuity Planning and to regularlymaintain, review, and update continuity plans.
Oversee and execute MailroomandShippingOperations, receiving, logging, sorting, distribution, and tracking of all inbound and outbound courier shipments and U.S.and internationalmail, whilemaintainingaccuraterecords to ensure thetimelyinternal and external delivery of packages and correspondence.
Managegeneralconference rooms,training rooms,mailroom spaces, office supplies,office sundries, e.g. coffee, snacks,copiers, and shared equipment, ensuring common areas, training rooms, and workspaces are maintained to high operational and company image standards in support of a professional, organized, and efficient workplace.
Support the demo lab operationsby ensuring demo laboratories meet cleanliness, safety, environmental andoperationalstandards, scheduling and booking of demo lab for customer site visits.
The essential requirements of the job include Proven experience managing endtoend facilities and site,including preventive maintenance, contingency planning, space planning, renovations, relocations, and ensuring daytoday site readiness
Operational experience delivering high-quality workplace services, including mailroom and shipping operations, shared services management, documentation control,risk-baseddecision making, and continuous improvement to enhance safety, compliance, and employee experience.
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: It would be a plus if you alsopossesspreviousexperience in: Vendor, contractor, and facilities service contracts, including maintenance, repair, calibration, and outsourced services, with accountability for performance management, purchase orders, renewals, cost control, and compliance. Handson experience leading Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) activities at site level, including incident management, audits, emergency preparedness, drills, KPI tracking, and development, testing, and maintenance of Business Continuity Plans.

The annual salary rangefor this role is$120k- $135k.This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range ofpossible compensationfor this role at the time of this posting. This range may bemodifiedin the future. This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay. We offercomprehensivepackage of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
